Your First Visit
When you come in for your first visit, please arrive 10 minutes early, as we will ask you to fill out a New Patient Form and a Medical Form.
To save some time before your appointment, you can download and print our New Patient Form to bring with you.
Initial Examination
We will begin by assessing your dental needs and reviewing your past medical and dental history. We will need to know about any previous dental work you've had done and health issues you've experienced.
Next, your dentist will perform a complete oral exam, including a thorough check of your gums, teeth, bite and jaw, an oral cancer screening and any required X-rays.
Treatment Plan
Based on your history and examination, your dentist will develop a long-term dental treatment plan for you. Your dentist will also take the time to answer any questions you have about your dental health and treatment options.
Financing
We offer flexible financing through Fairstone to help you achieve your dental goals. Our financing program starts from as low as 0% interest upon approval, and you can pay off your balance at any time with no penalty. Start your treatment today and pay later.*
To get started, fill out an application online or text patientfinance to 32471.
*On approved credit. Terms and conditions apply.
Insurance Claims
We handle the process of billing your insurance company for you which can streamline the process. This can result in faster reimbursement without the hassle of filling out paper forms.
Our administrative team can help you better understand your insurance plan and address any questions or concerns you may have about the process. We can also send estimates to your insurance company before starting major treatments so you can budget effectively.
Please bring your insurance plan information with you to your appointment.
